Registration for the Goshen Christmas House Tour now open

Catholic Charities of Orange, Sullivan & Ulster will ring in the holiday season on Saturday, December 7th with the 10th annual Goshen Christmas House Tour. The tour will again offer two different viewing options. The interior tour offers ticketed guests a glimpse of the holiday decorations of select private homes in the greater Goshen area. The exterior lighting tour is a driving tour where you will see the homes lit and decorated for the holiday season.

Catholic Charities is currently looking for homes to be featured on both the interior and exterior tours. Any homeowner interested in taking one of the tours or learning more about what participating in the tour entails can contact Kristin Jenson at [email protected] or 845-294-5124, ext. 1005.

There is no charge for owners to have their homes featured on the tour; tour ticket prices and purchase details will be announced in early fall.

Proceeds from the tour will benefit Catholic Charities' social security programs, which serve residents of Orange, Sullivan and Ulster counties regardless of religious affiliation or ability to pay, the charity said.

“Every year, generous homeowners go above and beyond to decorate their homes for Christmas – both inside and out – to share with Catholic Charities guests. They help raise much-needed funds to support the nonprofit's mission to provide aid and hope to our neighbors in need,” said Susan Murray-Tetz, Catholic Charities board member and chair of the house tour planning committee. “The Goshen Christmas House Tour is a day of fun, friends and festivities for a great cause. We are grateful to the many homeowners who work so hard to make it a great community day and a successful fundraiser for Catholic Charities.”
