Vehicle drives off after backing into delivery truck at Walgreens in north Lincoln

LINCOLN, Nebraska (KLKN) – Police are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash at a Walgreens store in north Lincoln last month.

Surveillance video shows a blue Ford Bronco Sport backing into a delivery truck at Walgreens near 14th and Superior Streets on July 5.

The driver got out to check both vehicles before driving off, police said.

Investigators believe the Ford's bumper is damaged.

Police are also searching for a man who stole a Cannondale bicycle valued at $2,000 from a garage near the corner of 44th and O streets.

According to police, the bike was later found behind a shed near 33rd and Vine Street.

Surveillance video showed a man leaving the bike behind. He later picked it up, but it had since been returned to its rightful owner.

Anyone with information about either case is asked to call police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
