Man admits to having recorded lustful videos of a girl and a woman in Miami without her knowledge

MIAMI – A 32-year-old man confessed to recording lustful videos of an 11-year-old girl and a 54-year-old woman in Miami's Little Havana without their knowledge, police said.

Jose Morales, also known as Jose MoralesEsquivel and Jose Morales Esquivel, was in custody Thursday at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center near Doral.

Police officers arrested him in Miami on Wednesday. After investigators confronted him with the images, Morales said he did not know why he did it, the police report said.

Some of the videos and photos were taken while the girl and woman were sleeping and he was apparently masturbating in their bedroom, the police report said.

Miami-Dade County inmate records show Morales was charged with depicting sexual acts involving a child in the form of images or pornography and 11 counts of video voyeurism.

There is an arrest warrant from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement against Morales, a migrant from Nicaragua.
