Ava Kris Tyson's partner Eret admits to writing leaked messages in her defense

Leaked messages defending Ava Kris Tyson have gone viral, but were allegedly written by the YouTuber's new partner, Eret.

The alleged leaks began circulating on social media on August 13, 2024, and allegedly contained Eret's response to the serious allegations against Tyson.

These allegations include solicitation of minors, inappropriate behavior on Discord channels with underage fans, and supporting a controversial artist.

The response said that MrBeast allegedly advised no one to comment publicly on the allegations for fear of “inflaming” the situation and angering company investors.

While Eret said they did not condone Tyson's past behavior, calling it “inappropriate” and agreeing that it “should not have been done,” they also insisted that no “grooming” had taken place and that the YouTuber had changed.

“Ava and I are both disgusted by the person she once was,” the post said, before calling the allegations part of a series of “coordinated attack videos” against Tyson. Eret also stated that Tyson “did not know” LavaGS was underage and deleted the Discord server after learning about it.

They further claimed that the “terrible” apology Tyson posted on X was actually fabricated by MrBeast executives after “insane” pressure from Amazon and company investors: “They basically forced Jimmy to kick Ava out because they believed she was guilty until proven innocent.”

The post also said that the independent investigation would “hopefully” be completed “within the next few weeks” and that company investors had expressed that they did not want Tyson to have a “social media presence” in the coming years.

The post also denied the allegations, which may have come from Jess, also known as “Mooskina,” a former employee of MrBeast. She had claimed in a statement that Tyson had sexually abused her: “Honestly, I'm not sure how Jess plans to get away with so many untruths in the long run either, she has provided little evidence.”

Mooskina calls Eret’s leaked messages ‘incredibly biased’

Jess has since hit back with a Series of her own contributions on Xand pointed out that the post allegedly from Eret was “a lie” and suggested that they had heard an “incredibly biased version of events” from Tyson.

However, Jess agreed that “MrBeast wants to prevent anyone from saying anything publicly about what happened to me and other victims so that investors don't pull out.”

“Everything I said was the truth, I have evidence [and] Witnesses to prove it. I am not receiving any compensation and I am not asking for any,” Jess wrote. “There is literally nothing the company can sue me for because I just want the truth to come out.”

Eret apologizes to Mooskina

On 15 August Jess gained X again to share a message she received from Eret. In the lengthy text, Eret apologized for the way they spoke about Jess, confirmed that the leaks were theirs, and acknowledged that they should have “got all the facts straight” first.

“I would take it back if I could,” Eret said. They further claimed that they sent the original message to their employees to ensure that communication and “trust” remained, without “even [Tyson]”, he said beforehand. “I thought I had a deeper understanding of the situation than was actually the case.”

However, Eret said it became “very obvious” that they did not know all the “details” of Jess and Tyson's past and therefore made “several mistakes” and passed on “inaccuracies.”

While Eret's original message was an attempt to do “the right thing,” they admitted they “acted out of a state of stress, burnout, and lack of sleep.”

“I can't undo the pain I've caused you, but I hope you understand that I have no ill intentions,” Eret said, before asking Jess to help them “make this right” and assuring them that they had “nothing to hide.”

In her response, Jess thanked Eret for the message and said she would not tweet about her again except to “help you reach out.” Jess said she “appreciated” the apology in the post's caption: “All I ever want from the people who wronged me is an apology [and] Recognition.”

“Eret is a good person who found himself in a very difficult situation. I hope people can forgive them, like I did, and move on.”
