Seneca Falls police arrest two people for child endangerment after hotel incident

Seneca Falls police arrested two Niagara County residents early Sunday following a domestic dispute at a local hotel. Authorities said Christopher L. Cusick, 45, of Niagara Falls, and Tanya M. Falbo, 42, of Sanborn, were intoxicated and unable to care for their growing child.

Both Cusick and Falbo were charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor. They were arraigned and taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

According to police, a protection order was filed on behalf of the child.
