Man hospitalized after shooting at Davie gas station; shooter at large – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports

DAVIE, FLA. (WSVN) – Emergency crews took a man to the hospital after he came under fire at a gas station in Davie, police said.

Davie Police and Fire Department units arrived at the scene of the shooting at the Rocket Fuel gas station at 4221 NW 66th Ave. Friday afternoon.

Investigators said the man was shot while filling up his car.

He is expected to be well.

Police are now searching for the shooter, who fled after the shooting.

It is unclear what led to this incident.
