Interest in training at the employment agency's vocational schools has increased dramatically. The number of applicants is already over 4,000, which is 65% more than last year. The application deadline is August 31.

Skills in technical jobs, long demanded and desired by employers, have been low among workers, partly due to the long-held belief that these jobs were subordinate to office jobs. Now there is increasing interest in technical jobs of all kinds, including auto mechanics, not only for conventional but also electric vehicles, but also for aircraft and shipbuilding.

The most sought-after are car mechanics, followed by cooks, graphic designers, refrigeration and cooling technicians, beauticians, kindergarten assistants and pharmacy assistants. The employment agency's schools are enjoying increasing popularity because they offer practical training and take on new employees in the company.
