With the expected launch of the iPhone 16 series just around the corner, leaks and rumors continue to create excitement. Although the iPhone 16 launch is not even a month away, the latest information hints at the possible color options for the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models. Informant Sonny Dickson recently shared images showing dummy units of the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro in four different colors.

According to images posted by Tipster on X (formerly Twitter), the iPhone 16 Pro could come in black, white, gold, and a shade similar to gray or titanium. This color palette is expected to replace the current options in the iPhone 15 Pro lineup, specifically the Blue Titanium variant. While the official names of these colors are still unknown, Apple could take a similar branding approach as it did with the iPhone 15 Pro.

Industry analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had previously speculated that the iPhone 16 Pro models would come in black, white (or silver), gray, and a new shade of pink. This shade of pink is likely to be a replacement for Blue Titanium.

Aside from the color options, the leaks also hint at a possible size upgrade for the iPhone 16 Pro models. The Pro model could feature a 6.3-inch display, while the Pro Max could have a larger 6.9-inch screen. This is a slight increase compared to the 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch displays on the current iPhone 15 Pro models.

Under the hood, both the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max are rumored to feature the new A18 Pro chip for improved performance and efficiency. Battery capacity is also expected to be improved, with the Pro model potentially sporting a 3,577mAh battery and the Pro Max sporting a 4,676mAh battery. Charging capabilities could include 40W wired charging and 20W wireless charging via MagSafe.

However, these specifications and features are based on leaks and rumors, so it is advisable to wait for the official launch in September 2024 when all the details, including color names and features, will be confirmed.
