Highway Patrol arrests 13 people in Northern Missouri on August 16 and 17, 2024

Between August 16 and 17, 2024, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 13 people in various counties in northern Missouri. The arrests were related to various offenses, including driving under the influence, failure to appear in court, and illegal possession of a firearm.

Erlis Columie Frometa, 37, of Algona, Iowawas arrested on August 16, 2024 at 8:41 a.m. in Daviess County. Frometa was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), a misdemeanor, and careless and reckless driving. He was held at the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail for 24 hours.

Marnie L. Maurer, 51, of St. Joseph, Missouriwas taken into custody in Buchanan County at 8:15 p.m. on August 16, 2024. Maurer was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in connection with a building code violation. She was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center with the option of bail.

Mathew K. Cordonnier, 61, of Saint Joseph, Missouriwas arrested on August 16, 2024 at 9:20 p.m. in Buchanan County. Cordonnier was charged with child neglect. He was released from the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center.

Peyton D. Santana Castro, 30, of Saint Joseph, Missouriwas taken into custody in Buchanan County on August 16, 2024 at 9:38 p.m. Santana Castro was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear stemming from an original charge of following another vehicle too closely. She was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center with the option of bail.

Westly M. Wilson, 19, of Brookfield, Missouriwas arrested on August 17, 2024 at 12:03 a.m. in Livingston County. Wilson was charged with DUI. He was released from the custody of the Livingston County Sheriff's Department.

Keegan J. Harris, 23, of Higginsville, Missouriwas taken into custody in Caldwell County on August 17, 2024 at 11:46 p.m. Harris was arrested for DUI. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center for 12 hours.

Jacob A. Gardner, 29, of Queen City, Missouriwas arrested on August 16, 2024 at 9:41 a.m. in Schuyler County. Gardner was charged with several crimes including illegal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, and a felony warrant. He was held without bail at the Schuyler County Sheriff's Office.

Ryan J. Worth, 37, of Wildwood, Missouriwas taken into custody in Marion County on August 16, 2024 at 4:09 p.m. Worth was arrested for speeding, no license plate, and driving under the influence. He was released from the Marion County Sheriff's Office.

Loretta G. Boillot, 62, of Holliday, Missouriwas arrested on August 16, 2024 at 9:08 p.m. in Randolph County. Boillot was charged with a misdemeanor for her first offense, driving under the influence. She was held in the Randolph County Jail for 12 hours.

Marty L. Couch, 60, of Jacksonville, Missouriwas taken into custody in Macon County at 10:40 p.m. on August 16, 2024. Couch was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane, driving without insurance, and providing false identification. He was released from the Macon County Jail.

Andrew T. Tague, 38, of Memphis, Missouriwas arrested on August 16, 2024 at 10:43 p.m. in Scotland County. Tague was charged with DUI and speeding 6-10 miles per hour. He was fired from the Scotland County Police Department.

Cody R. Webster, 33, of Wyaconda, Missouriwas taken into custody in Schuyler County at 2:48 a.m. on August 17, 2024. Webster was arrested for DUI. He was released from the Schuyler County Jail.

Jessica A. Tilden, 35, of Green City, Missouriwas arrested on August 17, 2024 at 3:25 a.m. in Putnam County. Tilden was charged with DUI while under the influence of drugs. She was fired from the Putnam County Sheriff's Department.
