o The singer stated that she was the victim of a hate crime while attempting to board a plane in Munich.

o She shared a series of stories on Instagram, saying it happened at German airline Lufthansa.

o She claims she was discriminated against when she spoke Albanian with a security officer at the airport.

o She said: “I was threatened because I thought the security guard was Albanian. I spoke to him in Albanian and asked where I could get my ticket and now he is not allowing me to board the flight.”

o She said the employee began to “psychologically abuse” and intimidate her without anyone helping her.

o She also said that she tried to find out his name, but he wouldn't tell her.

o She later informed her followers, saying: “I have never been so emotionally drained. @Lufthansa has sent me a direct message, but I urge them to conduct a full investigation to find out who this man is who abused his power. An 'I'm sorry' will not be enough this time.”

o She finally boarded the plane and returned home safely.

o Lufthansa said the matter is currently being investigated internally.
