*Update – Victim identified* State Police investigate fatal bicycle crash in Seaford – Delaware State Police

Delaware State Police identified the 3-year-old Osiris Ocampo-Tovar of Seaford, Delaware, as the child who died in the fatal bicycle accident on August 15, 2024.

The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this accident to contact Master Corporal K. Argo by phone at (302) 703-3264. Information can also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contact Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
