Princeton University’s Wawa goes viral due to its unique architecture

Have you noticed that a (local) Wawa went viral on TikTok? It just happened to me and I'm speechless.

While scrolling through TikTok last night, I noticed a lot of people talking about this extremely sleek, minimalist looking Wawa.

They said it looked like a location built by the Kardashians because it was aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

I didn't realize at the time that I knew about this Wawa… then I knew.

I REALLY knew about this Wawa because it's close to Central Jersey.

In fact, I've seen it almost my entire life.

That's because it's right here in Mercer County.

Yes, it is on the campus of Princeton University.

However, it is not the typical Wawa with the big red letters and the beige painted building.

This location is an all black building with silver letters “Wawa” on the side.

However, when you walk inside, it looks like any other Wawa location! It looks great on campus and definitely blends in with the surrounding buildings.

But who would have thought that our little local Wawa would go viral with all these TikTok videos:

I wasn't surprised because the university campus is known for its architecture, and if you walk around the campus long enough… you'll notice how uniform and elegant everything looks!

In fact, it's one of the oldest colleges in the country, which makes it even cooler that they're so on-trend with our favorite supermarket.

If you want to be cool, check out the Wawa that's getting so much traction on TikTok. It's located at 152 Alexander Street in Princeton, New Jersey, on the campus of Princeton University.

By the way, it is also close to the NJTransit station.

So, yes, there are a few odd looking Wawa locations in New Jersey, but this one is definitely worth checking out.
