Ogemaw County man accused of sending online threats again | Crime

Timothy Findlay is accused of sending a threatening message over Skype while on probation. He was previously charged with threatening to kill President Joe Biden.



OGEMAW COUNTY, Michigan (WJRT) – An Ogemaw County man convicted of making death threats against President Joe Biden is now suspected of threatening to rape and kill another person.

Federal court documents show that Timothy Findlay, 50, of Alger, is accused of sending interstate threats.

According to investigators, Findlay sent a threatening message over Skype in April, just months after serving a prison sentence for threatening to kill Biden by bombing the White House.

The most recent alleged threat involves Findlay writing in a Skype message that he would rape and kill another person. Findlay made the threat while on probation in the Biden case.

Findlay was also convicted in the past of making death threats against former President Barack Obama. He has not been formally charged with this latest accusation.
