As he serves himself, he openly announces the price of each dish: a plate of assorted dishes for Rs 300, a portion of Manchurian for Rs 50, a Gulab Jamun for Rs 20, and other dishes for a total of Rs 100. This brings the total price of his meal to Rs 470.

After the feast, the guest gives the bride a gift – a 10-rupee note in an envelope. The video humorously shows the bride's reaction when she discovers the small amount, suggesting that she was quite surprised.

The clip has garnered widespread attention, garnering over 1 million views and thousands of likes and shares. Comments have ranged from amusement to surprise, with some viewers noticing the discrepancy between the guest's meal and their gift.
