Fatal accident on I-10 eastbound

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said the multi-vehicle crash occurred Wednesday afternoon.

PHOENIX — Authorities say at least one person is dead in a crash on eastbound I-10 near 107th Avenue.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) said the multi-vehicle accident occurred Wednesday afternoon.

At least one other person was taken to the hospital “with unknown injuries,” DPS said.

According to DPS, six vehicles were involved in the accident.
