Police confirm one dead after accident

The Anderson County Coroner's Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol were called to a crash in Starr, South Carolina. (Video above: WYFF News 4 Evening Headlines) The crash occurred just after 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, in the 6600 block of Highway 29 South near Rainey Road, the coroner said. According to police, the driver of a 2016 Kawasaki traveling north of Highway 29 lost control of his motorcycle and crashed onto the highway. The driver died at the scene. No other information has been released.

According to police, the driver of a 2016 Kawasaki lost control of his motorcycle on Highway 29 and crashed onto the highway. The driver died at the scene of the accident.
