As the demand for psychiatric treatment continues to rise in the United StatesBoth employers and providers are struggling to hire quickly enough to meet demand. This problem is not solely due to a shortage of therapists. Mental health employers are struggling to fill positions and patients are on ever-growing waiting lists.
