Man arrested after gun fight in Florida road rage incident – ​​caught on video

Police in Florida have arrested a driver who allegedly brandished a firearm during a heated road rage incident… and it looks like the whole thing was caught on video!!!

Port St. Lucie police released footage Thursday showing a driver getting out of a Mercedes-Benz and walking toward a couple in a pickup truck with a gun in his hand.

The man, who according to police is 63 years old Paul Slaneappears to point the gun at the two drivers while repeatedly reaching into the vehicle.

According to police, Slane demanded the cell phone from the woman who recorded the conversation… and police said Slane struck both the driver and the passenger in the process.

The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, according to police, when Slane allegedly “aggressively drove around the victim's truck in his black Benz while pointing a handgun at the two victims and then stopped in the road in front of them.”

The video recording appears to continue immediately afterward.

According to police, Slane fled the scene but was eventually stopped by St. Lucie County Sheriff's officers and arrested on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, one count of attempted armed robbery and two counts of simple assault.

PSLPD says they have recovered the handgun used in the incident… and Slane is currently being held in the St. Lucie County Jail without bail.
