Logan Paul responds to allegations he pushed dog overboard in viral video |

Logan Paul is once again at the center of controversy after a video surfaced of him saving a dog from drowning. It shows Paul and several others on a boat and a dog falling overboard into the water. The video was originally posted four years ago but is making the rounds online again for all the wrong reasons.

Many fans have claimed that it looks like the dog was intentionally pushed into the water so Paul could go in and rescue him, putting the dog in real danger “for the content.” However, Paul quickly took down the content. Allegations.

In the now viral videoThe dog is seen enjoying the boat ride when he suddenly falls overboard. Some netizens pointed out the two hands seen behind the dog before he falls into the water, claiming it looked like he was pushed on purpose. Logan Paul responded that the hands were just for petting and an attempt to stabilize him.

In response to the allegations, Paul shared a screenshot of what he said four years ago, which read: “We would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER push Broley off the boat. He jumped and one hand was behind him petting him and when he jumped we tried to grab him but we ACTUALLY didn't push him. Pay attention to his body language and you can clearly see that the little mutt jumped up on his own. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.”

At the time, someone had responded to Paul's comment, “The sad thing is that people won't believe this,” to which Paul replied, “Yeah, I just watched it in slow motion. I didn't even touch him and when he jumped, the hand followed. Fuck you.”
This conversation from four years ago was reposted by Paul to address the resurfacing controversy surrounding the video, with the caption, “4 years later and still go fuck yourself.” In an X-post dated August 23, 2024, Paul shared the screenshot and also a slow motion video to back up his statements.
