Several people injured after Metro bus crash in Studio City

STUDIO CITY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Several people were injured in an accident involving a Metrobus in Studio City on Friday morning.

The accident was reported around 4:30 a.m. on Lankershim Boulevard, but details of what happened were not immediately available.

AIR 7 was over the accident site, where the bus had apparently crashed into a mast. It is unclear whether another vehicle was involved.

At least seven people were injured. Six were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and one refused transport, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
