Bella Vista

Matthew Medlinger, 27, of 17 Brecknock Drive in Bella Vista, was arrested Wednesday on charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence. Medlinger was being held in the Benton County Jail on Friday and no bail was set.

Robert Shell, 37, of 36 Estes Drive in Bella Vista, was arrested Thursday on charges of domestic violence and aggravated battery on a family or household member. Shell was being held in the Benton County Jail on Friday and no bail was set.

Benton County

Joshua Grotts, 47, of 13021 Miller Church Road in Bentonville, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of domestic violence. Grotts was being held in the Benton County Jail on Friday and no bail was set.

Fayetteville

Amanda Kimbrough, 37, of 613 W. Skelton St. in Fayetteville, was arrested Thursday in connection with a carjacking. Kimbrough was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center without bail set.

Jathneil Jackson, 28, of 402 Sisters Ave. in Springdale, was arrested Friday on charges of third-degree domestic violence and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Jackson was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center; bail was not set.

Rogers

Kyle Lechner, 36, of 1 Melody Circle in Bella Vista, was arrested Wednesday on a misdemeanor assault charge. Lechner was being held in the Benton County Jail on Friday and no bail was set.

Tontitown

Curtis Neigler, 39, of 12590 Koop De Ville Road in Gentry, was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to resell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Neigler was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center without bail set.
