Ministry of Finance publishes annual value adjustment report

(Dodge County) The state Department of Revenue has released its annual Equalized Values ​​Report, showing that total statewide real estate value in Wisconsin as of Jan. 1 was $907 billion, an 8 percent increase over the previous year.

According to the state, $14 billion of the $75 billion increase in value was due to new construction, while the remaining $59.3 billion increase in value was due to an increase in market value.

Dodge County's total value was $10.7 billion, an increase of 8 percent.

Fond du Lac County's total adjusted value was $11.9 billion, also an increase of 8 percent.

Green Lake County's value was $3.98 billion, an increase of 13 percent.

Winnebago County's total adjusted value was $21.3 billion, an increase of 8 percent.
