IT WAS SENT TO US BY A VIEWER. IT SHOWS BURLINGTON POLICE OUTSIDE THE RED SQUARE BAR ON CHURCH STREET. WE JUST WERE TOLD THAT A PERSON WAS SHOT AND KILLED THIS MORNING JUST BEFORE 12:30. POLICE SAY THERE IS NO DANGER TO THE PUBLIC AT THIS TIME AND THE INVESTIGATION IS OF COURSE IN THE EARLY PHASES

One person was found dead overnight after a shooting on Red Square in Church Street

One person was killed after gunfire in Red Square in the early hours of August 24. According to police, the incident occurred at around 12:28 a.m. Police say there is currently no further danger to the public.
