Nintendo has Splatoon 3 video removed due to sexual content

We all know that Nintendo protects its intellectual property with all its might. The company constantly goes after content creators for mods, hacks, emulations, and more, but this time they targeted a YouTuber who posted Splatoon 3 content that definitely didn't align with the franchise's target audience.

Splatoon content creator “Liora Channel” has released plenty of Splatoon content suitable for all ages over the years, but that changed recently when the channel uploaded a video interviewing “Splatoon Girls” to get an insight into their dating habits.

The video briefly touched on female Splatoon 3 players and their personal lives. The conversation led to the women talking about how they dated so-called high-profile Splatoon 3 players, with whom they apparently had casual sex. As you can imagine, Nintendo set about removing the video when they caught wind of the topics discussed in this video.

Less than 24 hours after the video was posted online, it was removed from Liora Channel. The channel specifically said Nintendo was behind the removal because Big N considered the video “unacceptable.” Liora Channel says they will no longer create any sexual content related to Nintendo's software in the future.
