In the video, the notorious man is seen dancing to the Punjabi song 'Blood Report' sung by singers Sartaj Virk and G Khan. In front of the Eiffel Tower, he ignored the crowd around him and showed some funky dance moves and grabbed people's attention. During his dance, he also accidentally bumped into people, leaving them disgusted as he tried to do a reel next to the prestigious structure.

The video begins with a man in evening wear enthusiastically raising his hand in the air and lip-syncing along to the lyrics of the song. His sudden dance astonished the other tourists at the spot.

They looked at him and wondered what he was doing. His dance moves might have made him viral, but offline people didn't like them. People were seen moving away from him and literally ignoring the dancer's performance there.

While there are cases where buskers have gathered a crowd for their impressive performance, that was not the case with this TikToker.
