“Speaking of things I've watched this past week that I guess I'll say I watched but refused to watch again, the music video for 'Somebody Save Me' is out and I watched that thing,” Hailie, 28, said of the emotional clip, which features footage of her as a child interspersed with lyrics from her father lamenting the countless hours and days he's missed because of his struggles with drugs and alcohol. Em celebrated her 16th birthday as a dry cow in April.

“I watched it all the way through. I don't think I can do it again. I cry every time I even hear it,” Hailie said of the song, in which Em castigates himself for his inadequacies as a father. “One more pill as I start to spin/ Message to my daughters/ I don't even deserve the title of father/ Hailie, I'm so sorry/ I know I wasn't at your first guitar concert,” Eminem raps on the tune, which features a sad chorus from Jelly Roll about finding redemption. “Didn't walk you down the aisle/ Missed the birth of your first child/ Your first podcast, look down, sweetie.”

The clip features home video of Hailie playing guitar at a concert, walking across the stage at the graduation ceremony and celebrating her birthday, as well as video of Em's other children, Alaina Marie Scott, 31, Stevie Laine Scott, 22, and his younger brother Nate in scenes that bring Em to his knees as he begs for forgiveness.

Hailie said that in addition to getting emotional from the heartbreaking lyrics and video for “Somebody Save Me,” she also can't bring herself to listen to another of her father's new songs, the Skylar Grey collaboration “Temporary.” In that song, Hailie can be heard as a baby and Marshall raps, “A lot of people ask me if I'm scared of dying?/ The truth is, I think what scares me the most/ Is not being able to tell you all the things I want to tell you/ When I'm not here anymore/ So this song is for Hailie when that day comes/ Where's Hailie? Where is she?”

Co-host and best friend Brittany Ednie said she also didn't know when she would be able to see “Save Me.” “I'll have to be prepared for that.” Ednie, however, had listened to “Temporary” and said the song “broke” her.

It's too much for Hailie to handle right now. “I was audibly sobbing… I think on both songs, but especially on 'Temporary.'” However, after watching the video and listening to the songs, Hailie praised her parents for “doing such a good job” when she was growing up to shield her from the reality of “how bad things were. But now as an adult in hindsight, it's so scary to think about it and I think that's why I get emotional… I say if you've ever lost an addict or a loved one, I feel for you,” she added, close to tears.

Eminem shares Hailie with his ex-wife Kim Scott, and as any Slim Shady fan knows, the rapper and his ex have had a turbulent past over the years. Hailie said she really enjoyed the video and watched clips of her and her siblings when they were younger, though she noted that she can no longer listen to another very personal Eminem song, “Mockingbird,” without getting very emotional. “The older I get, the less I can listen to the songs,” she said.
