Family clash leaves two dead at Miami-Dade residence

A woman and her former partner have died following a domestic dispute in Miami-Dade. The Miami-Dade Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating a shooting incident.

According to investigators, officers were dispatched to the scene after a person had been shot. When officers arrived, they saw an adult male, later identified as Marcos Antonio Gonzalezhe, and an adult female, identified as Raiza Cajuso, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Miami-Dade Fire Department responded to the residence, where both Gonzalezhe and Cajuso were pronounced dead at the scene.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Gonzalezhe and Cajuso were involved in a verbal argument that turned violent when Gonzalezhe pulled out a firearm and shot Cajuso before turning the gun on himself. The investigation revealed that the victim and the perpetrator were in a domestic relationship and had children together. However, they were living separately and not together at the time of the incident.
