Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and Plus leak shows more of the same

A new set of images have surfaced in new leaks showing the Galaxy Tab S10 series. The new series seems to ditch the base model and opt for two familiar sizes.

The Galaxy Tab series is a very well-known Samsung range. It generally consists of three variants, each with slight technical advantages over the other. This year, most of the leaked marketing material seems to omit the base model, which Android Headlines Speculations may suggest that Samsung plans to launch only a Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra duo.

Even if this is the case, it might be difficult to tell the new series and the Tab S9 line apart.

The new images don't show anything spectacular. The larger model appears to be around 14 inches wide and features a camera notch and proportional bezels. The smaller version looks a little less forgiving in this regard, with no camera notch and a lens likely placed in the top bezel.

This isn't our first look at the series, as previous leaks showed some of the operating system of the Galaxy Tab S10 itself and the same hardware. There's very little to glean between the two leaks, although it's nice to see the two tablets side by side for comparison.

The leak doesn't include any specifications, so the screen sizes for each device are very uncertain. It's possible that Samsung will keep the same profiles for each model as the Tab S9 series. It's also possible that Samsung will expand or shrink the devices to make up for having one less model. This is only the case if Samsung drops the base variant.

It wouldn't be a bad strategy if the company decided to rebrand the base model as the Galaxy Tab S10 FE when it was launched. The series also has a powerful spec sheet and a lower price would be nice to see.

There is no telling when Samsung will announce the new Galaxy Tab S10 series. It will probably be before the end of the year, especially considering that these are marketing images, which usually indicate an imminent release.
