Sonic 3 trailer released: A teamup you wouldn't have expected

After the groundbreaking success of Sonic and Sonic 2, people were eagerly waiting for the release of Sonic 3 and now the wait is over as the trailer for Sonic 3 has been released. Sonic 2 had a post-credit scene that confirmed the appearance of Shadow, an extremely powerful hedgehog, in Sonic 3. Since then, the excitement and wait for this movie has become more intense with each passing day. In this article, you will find out everything we learned from the Sonic 3 trailer!

The trailer for Sonic 3 shows us that Shadow, who was held captive in a maximum security prison, has escaped and is wreaking havoc. Only Sonic and his team stand in his way. However, as it turns out, he is powerful and even Knuckles is no match for the teleporting Hedgehog.

In a surprising turn of events, when Sonic realizes that they cannot stand up to Shadow alone, they set out asks Jim Carrey's Doctor Eggman for help in exchange for Sonic's hairwhich leads to an unexpected union of the former enemies. The trailer also shows us that Dr. Eggman's father will appear in the film for reasons yet to be revealed.
