Exeter man wanted for murder arrested in Dexter

DEXTER, Maine (WABI) – An Exeter man wanted for murder in Pennsylvania is behind bars after his arrest by Dexter police.

Judge Flenory, 23, is being held in the Penobscot County Jail on warrants for murder, drug trafficking and aggravated forgery.

Dexter police said they received a call Thursday about a suspicious incident on Spring Street.

They say when officers got there, they saw two men in a car.

They say the driver identified himself as Shareek Flenory of New York.

Dexter police said officers removed the men from the car after they noticed unusual behavior.

They say they discovered a large bag of crack cocaine in Flenory's pocket and took him into custody.

After being transferred to prison, correctional officials were able to confirm that Flenory had given his brother's name to Dexter police.
