Four suspects arrested in connection with methamphetamine investigation

41-year-old Misty Nicole Gilroy, 36-year-old FE Richard, 59-year-old Angela Gilbert Raborn and 29-year-old Dallas Austin Davis, all of Lincolnton, were arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff's officers.

Gilroy is charged with three counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and deliver and three counts of sale and delivery of meth. Richard is charged with four counts of possession of meth with intent to sell and deliver, five counts of sale of meth, five counts of sale of meth within 1,000 feet of a school, two counts of conspiracy to sell meth and trafficking in meth by sale and delivery.

Raborn is charged with selling meth within 1,000 feet of a school and conspiring to exchange meth. Davis is charged with selling meth with intent to sell and deliver, three counts of selling and delivering meth, two counts of selling meth within 1,000 feet of a school, two counts of aggravated possession of meth and aggravated possession of fentanyl.

According to a press release Tuesday (August 27), the Lincoln County Sheriff's Drug Enforcement Unit conducted undercover operations in and around Lincoln County from 2023 to 2024. The Drug Enforcement Unit utilized undercover agents as well as other operational techniques to purchase methamphetamine and fentanyl throughout the county.

During the investigation, drug agents seized approximately 300 grams of meth, ten grams of fentanyl, and approximately five grams of cocaine. Gilroy was taken to the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center on $35,000 bail. Richard was taken to the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center on $1,000,000 bail. Raborn was released on bail. And Davis was taken to the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center on $76,000 bail.

Further arrests will be made during the investigation.
