Man seriously injured in shooting in Fort Wayne Tuesday night – WOWO News/Talk 92.3 FM, 1190 AM, 107.5 FM & 97.3 HD2

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A man suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting Tuesday evening.

Fort Wayne police officers responded to a shooting near the Cap n' Cork near the intersection of Hanna St. and E. Lewis St. shortly after 10 p.m. Upon arrival, they found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital where his injuries were considered life-threatening.

There are currently no suspects in custody and investigators are asking anyone with information to contact Fort Wayne Police or Crime Stoppers or submit a tip through the P3 Tips app. The case remains under investigation by Fort Wayne Police and the Allen County District Attorney's Office.
