Demi Lovato reacts to her younger sister Madison De La Garza's pregnancy news

After Demi Lovato's younger sister Madison De La Garza announced that she is expecting her first baby, the “Heart Attack” singer supported her sister with a sweet message.

On Thursday, September 5, De La Garza, 22, shared on Instagram that she is pregnant and expecting a baby with boyfriend Ryan Mitchell. In one photo, she is holding her baby bump. In the comments, De La Garza's 32-year-old sister, who is a musician, wrote: “I love you and this baby so much already!!”

Lovato later re-shared De La Garza's announcement on her Instagram stories, writing, “Congratulations baby. I love you so much!!!”

In her caption, De La Garza shared that she is due in October. “Oh Ryan, how I love you. Thank you for making all my dreams come true. ♥️ Baby Mitchell 10/24,” she wrote.

Elsewhere in the comments, De La Garza received support from her mother Dianna De La Garza, 62, who wrote: “Woohoooo. I'm going to be a REAL GRANDMA NOW D!!!! Love you!! ❤️❤️❤️.”

De La Garza's cousin, Cruel summer Star Braeden De La Garza also shared his reaction, writing: “My uncle's training is finally going to pay off.”

As Lovato prepares to become an aunt, they are also preparing to walk down the aisle.

The “Confident” singer is engaged to fellow musician Jordan “Jutes” Lutes. He proposed to her in December 2023 with a custom pear-shaped diamond solitaire engagement ring from New York jewelry boutique Material Good and again in a playful cooking video Lovato uploaded in late August.

That same month, Jutes penned a heartfelt tribute to Lovato on her 32nd birthday, calling her “my whole world.”

“You deserve nothing but happiness and love because that's what you give to everyone you meet,” he wrote, before expressing his excitement for their future nuptials. “Ps. can't wait to marry your amazing ass.”
