Dolphins consider Jalen Ramsey questionable, rule out Malik Washington

.

Miami Dolphins cornerback Jalen Ramsey is questionable for the team's Week 1 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team announced Friday.

Ramsey is the only question mark for the Dolphins before the game, as the team ruled out the use of rookie wide receiver Malik Washington and did not name any other injured players.

For the Jaguars, only backup safety and special teamer Daniel Thomas is questionable. Jacksonville added defensive lineman Arik Armstead to the report on Friday, but only because he had a day off from practice.

Miami's short injured list is a relief for the team after it listed 13 players on its first injury report of the season. While many of those players were on the report because they got a day off, the Dolphins still limited the action of some key starters, including center Aaron Brewer and defensive lineman Benito Jones.

However, these players are fully fit to play on Sunday. Will Ramsey join them?

“We’ll see,” Ramsey told reporters in the locker room on Friday.

With Washington out, the Dolphins will enter Sunday with only four active receivers: Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Braxton Berrios and the recently added Grant DuBose.
