Weather forecast for Dallas, Texas: Fall temperatures this weekend

The low temperatures from Sunday through early next week could be the lowest since mid-May!

DALLAS – Near-normal temperatures and lower humidity will make for a pleasant end to the week. And then a cold front on Friday should bring our coolest weather since mid-May, with weekend lows in the 60s to 70s F (15 to 15 degrees C) and possibly even above 50 degrees in some areas.

Here's what to expect this weekend in North Texas:

  • Temperatures will remain below normal throughout the weekend
  • Less humid, autumnal weekend

End of the week and this weekend

Changes are coming over the weekend. An intensification of dry and slightly cooler air will reach North Texas late Friday. This will make days less humid and morning lows cool to crisp. It might actually feel like fall for a few mornings!

The low temperatures from Sunday through early next week could be the lowest since mid-May!


As a result, North Texas will experience cooler temperatures this weekend and into Monday. Most of North Texas will see lows of just above 15 degrees, with some areas reaching just above 10 degrees on Monday morning.
