iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max leaked: Rumor has it that the video camera will get this upgrade

The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are reportedly getting improved video quality.

According to 9to9Mac, the iPhone 16 Pro will record videos in 4K resolution at 120fps (frames per second).

This is an improvement over the iPhone 15 Pro, which shoots 4K at 60 frames per second. The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max reportedly have the same camera configuration, so both versions of the Pro will have that video quality as well.

Additionally, the outlet reports that the iPhone 16 Pro will record ProRes 4K at 120 frames per second, a professional video format, when connected to external storage. Apple is also updating its QuickTake feature for taking photos in video mode from 1080p to 4K.

What else does Apple have planned for the iPhone 16 series?

Apple's iPhone 16 event is just a few days away and we're already expecting several camera upgrades.

The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are rumored to feature a 48MP main lens, a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom.

All iPhone 16 models are expected to come with a new dedicated capture button on the side that activates different functions depending on how the touch-sensitive button is pressed.
