Wisconsin Football Recruiting: Interview with OL Michael Roeske

WAUTOMA – The bonds between the University of Wisconsin football players for the class of 2025 are growing stronger, especially those from the state itself.

Offensive lineman Michael Roeske traveled to Neenah last week to check out his future teammate, safety Grant Dean. There were other recent plans to check out other recruits, such as Middleton defensive lineman Torin Pettaway and Germantown inside linebacker Cooper Catalano, but those fell through.

“Grant and I were actually going to go to Torin's first game, but then we found out he wasn't playing, so we didn't go,” Roeske said. “But Cooper unfortunately only had the one Thursday game, which was last week, so I couldn't go, but I went to see Grant.”

“I wanted to go (what“I met Grant yesterday, but it was a school day, so I couldn't go. Grant wanted to come tonight, but his parents made him go to his sister's volleyball game. So, I mean, it's great. We all have a really good relationship. And just maintaining that connection within the state, going into the next grade and going into the future, and just, you know, continuing to grow together.”
