Crime in NYC: Man abuses woman on the street in Chelsea

CHELSEA, Manhattan (WABC) – Police are searching for a man who sexually assaulted a woman on the street in Manhattan.

It happened shortly before sunrise Tuesday near the intersection of West 26th Street and 11th Avenue.

According to police, the suspect pulled down a woman's pants, grabbed her butt and ran away.

The 28-year-old victim was disturbed by the incident but remained unharmed.
