Selling Sunset Season 8 Preview: Watch the First Few Minutes

Real estate is all about making a strong first impression, so it's no surprise that Oppenheim Group agents are Sell sunset Season 8.

Chrishell, Mary, Amanza, Bre, Chelsea and Emma kick off the new season, which returns September 6, by gearing up for all-out real estate warfare. Of course, their battle armor includes Jimmy Choos, Louboutins and Balenciaga. But don't let the couture fool you—the intense professional and personal trials this group faces are anything but glamorous.

“I was definitely hesitant to get back into the drama, but also happy to be back together and shake things up,” Chrishell Tudum says of returning to the office. “I started this season off well with most of the agents, with always one exception, and the dynamic has certainly changed. Pray for us.”

And while fans have come to rely on Mary as a peacemaker among the agents, she says the upcoming season is “probably my most dramatic with the rest of the cast,” particularly due to an early clash with Chelsea and tension with Emma. “I wasn't nervous at all, but I hate confrontation and knew it was going to happen at some point,” she says. “I'm always hesitant when I have to be around drama, but I felt disrespected and was ready to address it head on.”

But no matter what's brewing at the office water cooler, the agents of the O Group remain true to their business – and Chrishell wastes no time in pursuing it in the premiere.

Before we know it in the clip above, she's already on her way to the first offer of the season: a stunning $38 million Hollywood Hills estate described as the lovechild of James Bond and the Playboy Mansion. After touring the property, she and her boss Jason Oppenheim sit down to discuss the current dynamics among the agents, including Bre, whose future at the brokerage firm was left uncertain in the Season 7 finale. “I just assumed she was going to stay at the brokerage firm, but I really don't know,” Jason says in the clip, to which Chrishell responds, “I feel like we miss her in the office.”

Only time will tell if Bre returns to work, but as the show nears its five-year anniversary, one thing is clear: This group is stronger together than alone. “We are and hopefully always will be a 'family,' with or without the show,” says Mary. “Agents came and went, I got married and went through a lot of personal changes over time, the market changed dramatically and the cast's relationships changed too. It's been a wild ride for sure.”

Turn on when Season 8 of Selling Sunset starts on September 6th.
