There are 13 games scheduled for Sunday in the first week of the NFL.

Many of them offer a lot of excitement as there are so many unknowns surrounding the NFL teams heading into the first week of the 2024 season.

There are eight games in the early NFL game window on Sunday, including the New England Patriots at the Cincinnati Bengals and the Houston Texans at the Indianapolis Colts.

There are four games in the late transfer window, including the Dallas Cowboys at the Cleveland Browns and the Washington Commanders at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The day ends with a Sunday Night Football game between the Los Angeles Rams and the Detroit Lions.

Which NFL teams are playing on Sunday?

The Pittsburgh Steelers play at the Atlanta Falcons, the Arizona Cardinals play at the Buffalo Bills, the Chicago Bears host the Tennessee Titans, the New England Patriots visit the Cincinnati Bengals, the Houston Texans take on the Indianapolis Colts, the Jacksonville Jaguars play at the Miami Dolphins, the New Orleans Saints host the Carolina Panthers and the Minnesota Vikings travel to the New York Giants.

The late games consist of the Las Vegas Raiders at the Los Angeles Chargers, the Denver Broncos at the Seattle Seahawks, the Cleveland Browns against the Dallas Cowboys and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers against the Washington Commanders.

The Sunday Night Football game is between the Los Angeles Rams and the Detroit Lions.

When are the NFL games on Sunday?

The early games (Steelers-Falcons, Cardinals-Bills, Titans-Bears, Patriots-Bengals, Texans-Colts, Jaguars-Dolphins, Panthers-Saints, Vikings-Giants) all start at 10:00 a.m. MST (1:00 p.m. ET).

The late games have two different start times: Raiders-Chargers and Broncos-Seahawks start at 1:05 p.m. MST (4:05 p.m. ET) and Cowboys-Browns and Commanders-Buccaneers start at 1:25 p.m. MST (4:25 p.m. ET).

The Sunday Night Football game (Rams-Lions) begins at 5:20 p.m. MST (8:20 p.m. ET).
