Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston integrates Pvolve into her weekly fitness routine

Jennifer Aniston's physique made headlines early in her career when she took the spotlight in her role as the popular Rachel Green in “Friends”, arguably one of the most popular American sitcoms of all time.

Today, the ever-fit actress can be seen every now and then on her social media accounts, where she engages with her followers and shows her commitment to health and wellness by posting both food and fitness, especially the Pvolve workouts she incorporates into her flow.

“Jen does Pvolve workouts about three times a week, depending on her schedule,” Rachel Katzman, founder of Pvolve, told Fox News Digital. “But she moves every day, does stretches or walks her dogs.”

Earlier this year, Aniston posted a video on Instagram in which she jokingly broke down during a Pvolve workout led by head coach Dani Coleman.

Katzman, the visionary behind the fitness program Pvolve, made it her mission to find the perfect fitness program for herself when she was in her early 20s and struggling with scoliosis.

“When I walked into a gym where the trainers taught functional fitness training, my whole life changed,” Katzman said. “I soon liked what I saw in the mirror, I enjoyed working out, my back pain disappeared, and I gained a whole new level of confidence.”

Through self-study, Katzman researched the benefits of functional fitness combined with resistance equipment to both create her own brand and educate others, especially women.

“One of the hottest topics in fitness right now is women's health, particularly the many benefits of strength and resistance training for women,” she said.

Katzman added that Pvolve is especially helpful for menstruating women, women who have recently given birth, and older or injured women looking for low-impact fitness programs.

“We stay very close and connected to our community, seeing what our members' needs are and what else they want to see from us. As our member base grows, so does our need for content,” Katzman said.

Users have access to branded equipment, streaming memberships, and studio classes led by certified trainers specializing in functional fitness routines.

And with Pvolve, you never know who might be sweating with you virtually.

“Jen was a secret streamer,” Katzman said.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Aniston's team approached Katzman about offering at-home Pvolve workout sessions. The founder had no idea that Aniston, 55, was an active member of the program.

Katzman learned that Aniston had come into contact with the brand when she complimented a friend on her transformed body and the friend recommended Pvolve to the “Morning Show” star.

“Jen's favorite Pvolve classes are 'Strength & Sculpt' and 'Sculpt & Burn,'” Katzman said. “These are Pvolve's specialty classes. You can do full-body workouts or choose classes that target only specific body parts and/or use specific equipment.”

She added that one of Aniston's favorite classes is “Progressive Strength Training,” which combines weights with dynamic, functional movements.

“This program is ideal for women over 40 or anyone looking to build strength with heavier weights and short cardio sessions,” Katzman said.

In 2023, Aniston officially joined the Pvolve team as a passionate member of the brand.

“I'm officially part of the @pvolve family,” Aniston wrote on her Instagram account on June 6, 2023. “SO proud to support our founder and super talented trainers. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I'm so thankful for the team and excited for what's to come.”

Studios are open to members in Illinois, Georgia, Texas, California, South Carolina, Colorado, Tennessee, New York, Utah, Arizona and New Jersey, with more to come, according to Katzman.

“It’s so exciting to see these new studios open and give our members the opportunity to experience the brand in real life,” said Katzman.

And as for Aniston, in addition to her contributions to marketing and brand awareness, she also maintains her own workout routine no matter where she goes.

“When she's at home, she might bring her friends to the studio for a private lesson or work out in her home gym,” Katzman said. “When she's on the road, she packs her equipment.”
