Welcome to the grades of week 1.

The 2024 NFL season has begun and like every year, we will be ranking every game that takes place between now and January.

The first week of the season is usually the most unpredictable week of the year, and the Bengals learned that the hard way on Sunday against New England. In a game in which the Bengals were favored by 7.5 points, the Patriots pulled off a surprise win.

The Bengals' slow start has become an annual problem in Cincinnati: The Bengals are now 1-10 in the first two weeks of the season under coach Zac Taylor.

The Bengals weren't the only AFC North team to get off to a bad start. NFL teams in Ohio suffered a 2-0 loss on Sunday, with the Browns being beaten by the Cowboys.

So what grades did the Browns and Bengals get? Let's look at that and all the other grades from Week 1.
