Demi Moore reveals the sweet name her granddaughter Louetta calls her

Demi Moore loves her grandma era!

The 61-year-old actress appeared on Monday, September 9, in an episode of Today and spoke to hosts Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie about her daughter Rumer Willis, 36, becoming a mother last year. Rumer has her daughter Louetta with her ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas.

“I love it,” Moore says of being a grandma. “I'm 'Yaya.' And she's the cutest. Rumer just sent me a photo of her with spaghetti on her head.”

Yaya means grandmother in Greek.

Elsewhere in the interview, Moore talked about her new film The substanceand said that filming pushed her “out of her comfort zone.”

“I definitely knew it would push me out of my comfort zone. It came with a lot of challenges, not just physically, which is a lot, but emotionally – it required a certain level of pure vulnerability,” says Moore.

“But the message that was so powerful for me was not what is happening in the circumstances around us, but the violence we inflict on ourselves.”

Moore has three daughters – Rumer, 35, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30 – with her ex-husband Bruce Willis.

In June feud The actress shared a glimpse of a special summer trip with her daughters Rumer and Tallulah and her granddaughter Louetta on Instagram.

In the adorable family snap, Moore wore a flowy blouse and pants and held Louetta's hand while walking with her across a meadow by the pond.

Tallulah could be seen walking beside them, looking down at her niece. Rumer seemed to be walking ahead of them, leading the way.

“Summer days!” Moore wrote under the family photo.

On Mother's Day earlier this year, Rumer shared a sweet tribute to her mother on her Instagram stories, writing, “Man I love you mommy @demimoore.”

“I know I'm a day late, but you're worth the wait,” Rumer continued. “You are [an] Icon and muse. A quirky, funny, silly, magical mommy. You are so generous and the best, YaYa. We are so lucky to have you.”
