The quarterbacks may have struggled in their regular season debut, but there were many other key first-round picks who played well in Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season.

We will follow the development of all 32 first-round picks this season, including their PFF classes and main antagonist.

Tip No. 1: Chicago Bears: QB Caleb Williams

Overall score for rookies: 47.4 (rank: 2/3)
Main antagonist: N/A
Snaps Week 1: 56
Grade week 1: 47.4

Williams struggled to find his rhythm in his first game of the regular season. He threw for just 95 yards and a 48.4 passing grade on the day, and he also committed two turnovers. Williams struggled to make plays within a structure, which will likely be his biggest adjustment playing in the NFL. He only managed to complete eight of the 20 passes he threw on his first faceoff.

Chicago's offense hasn't been great, so the team, including Williams, will need to get things under control quickly if they want to win in Houston next week.
