Gas station employee allegedly attacked customers with bat over nacho cheese machine

A gas station employee in Las Vegas is accused of attacking a customer with a baseball bat during a fit of rage over a nacho cheese machine.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, the incident occurred on September 3 when Myron Bullie became angry at customer Isaiah Taylor for taking too much cheese from the vending machine and then breaking it.

Bullie later told investigators that Taylor was rude and refused to leave the store, police said.

Taylor eventually left the station, but soon returned – when Bullie was about to close up shop.

According to a police report available Las Vegas Review-Journal, The 47-year-old bully allegedly took a baseball bat and brutally beat the victim, causing “blood to spurt from his left ear” and his face to be covered in blood.

A witness found the victim lying on the ground while filling up his car and asked Bullie to call 911.

According to police, the witness recalled the gas station attendant saying, “I'm not going to call 911. He should have learned his lesson.”

Taylor was taken to University Medical Center Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He suffered two brain hemorrhages, multiple skull fractures, air in the brain, facial bone fractures and blood in the ear canals, reported LVRJHis current health status is unknown.

According to jail records, Bullie was arrested for attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.

After his arrest, Bullie, who was being treated for a sprained wrist, reportedly told police that he had hit the victim twice: once in the head and once in the stomach.

When asked if he hit Taylor hard, police said he replied, “If he had hit Taylor hard, his head would have hit the … ground and he would have been dead.”

Bullie is also said to have told police that he hoped his actions would send the message: “Now everyone will see this and know that they are never allowed to talk to me again.”
