Cooler and isolated showers on Wednesday

Showers returned to the Pacific Northwest this evening and will move further inland overnight.

Rain will continue through Wednesday, with cooler, fall-like temperatures. The rest of the week will remain a little cooler, with highs below seasonal averages. A few showers are not out of the question for Apple Cup Saturday, but the forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies.

There will be isolated rain showers throughout the night and temperatures will become cooler, with lows between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius.

At the beginning of Wednesday it will rain, the sky will be mostly cloudy.

Highs on Wednesday will be lower as our next low pressure system moves ashore, dropping temperatures to around 18 degrees Celsius.

Showers are still possible through Wednesday evening, and thunder is expected along the coast and around South Sound.

Showers will ease by Thursday morning, with more sunny breaks in the afternoon. A dry Friday with a mix of sun and clouds and highs between 18 and 21 degrees. The chance of rain returns over the weekend, but highs will be well below average. There will be more rain late Monday and Tuesday, and temperatures will be even cooler.
