Amber Alert issued for Khloe Marlow, last seen with Jamie Lee Marlow

Authorities in eastern North Carolina issued an Amber Alert Tuesday morning for a missing 3-year-old girl who reportedly disappeared over the weekend.

According to Boiling Springs Lakes police, Khloe Marlow was last seen at a home on South Shore Drive with her grandmother around 4:30 p.m. Sunday. The girl has not been seen since, police said.

Boiling Spring Lakes is located in Brunswick County, just over a 30-minute drive southwest of the coastal city of Wilmington.

Authorities in eastern North Carolina have issued an Amber Alert for three-year-old Khloe Marlow, who was last seen with her grandmother around 4:30 p.m. on September 8, 2024, Boiling Springs Police said.

According to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons, the agency that issues Amber Alerts in the state, Khloe is believed to be staying with her grandmother, 49-year-old Jamie Lee Marlow.

It was not initially known whether charges had been filed in this case.

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety, which is also investigating the case, said Marlow left a home on South Shore Drive with her grandmother and the couple has not been heard from since.

What does Khloe Marlow look like?

Police described Khloe as 3 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 37 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

The girl and her grandmother disappeared in a red Kia Sportage SUV with a North Carolina license plate: PMN-9366.

A full description of the child's grandmother was not available and police did not provide a photograph of her.
