Sparks fly during tense exchanges in trial of Clermont woman accused of murdering her husband – WFTV

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – When Laurie Shaver's current husband took the stand in a Lake County courtroom Wednesday morning, sparks flew.

Shaver is accused of killing her former husband, burying him in the backyard and then pretending he was alive for years before his body was found.

A heated argument broke out between the prosecution and the husband, who accused him of changing his testimony.

It seemed as if he was not there voluntarily.
