UPDATE & PICKUP INFORMATION: Parents, at noon we will begin dismissing Foley High School students. We will dismiss those driving cars first, then students whose parents are coming to pick them up. Students are welcome to remain on campus. They will be seated in the cafeteria and given the opportunity to study. After school, students who ride the bus will board their bus and travel to their destination home.

To pick up your child, please walk along Cedar Street at the back of the school and follow security around the south side of the cafeteria. There, pick up your child and exit the school on the east front toward Highway 59.

Thank you very much,

Jessica Webb, principal of Foley High School

Foley Police Department:

There are images circulating and being shared on social media that are old photos and are not from today's incident at Foley High School. In fact, some of the photos we have seen were not even taken on the Foley High School campus.

We are currently on campus with the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. The high school is secured and we are currently working on a reunification plan so you can pick up your student. We should have that information to you within the next 30 minutes.

Please remember that we and the Baldwin County Board of Education are sending confirmed information. Rumors do not help in this matter and we would appreciate it if you do not join in and support the spread of false information.
