Jackson Chourio makes MLB history with a 20-20 season

SAN FRANCISCO – Jackson Chourio made history Thursday night at Oracle Park, bringing the Milwaukee Brewers a big step closer to another Central Division title.

With his eighth-inning hit, Chourio became the first 20-year-old to reach 20 home runs and 20 stolen bases in major league history. The two-run hit was the highlight of a 3-0 victory over the San Francisco Giants that clinched the series and lowered the Brewers' magic number to seven.

Starter Frankie Montas set the tone with six scoreless innings, and Aaron Ashby, Trevor Megill and Devin Williams followed, securing Milwaukee's 13th shutout of the season.
